Help
If a generation failed, was lost, or you accidentally closed the tab before saving — you can recover it from Generation History.
Generated files are stored on the provider's servers for a limited time before they expire. Most providers keep files for up to 2 weeks, but some models (like Seedance) expire in as little as 24 hours. After that, the files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Open it from the clock icon in the Recent Models panel, next to the panel title. You can browse both Successful and Failed generations, and download outputs directly from the provider.

Need to recover multiple files at once? Use Download Archive to batch-download all your generated files as a single ZIP. Choose a time range — 3 days, 7 days, or 14 days — and click Create archive ZIP.

The archive is assembled on the server — files are fetched directly from the providers and packaged into a ZIP. This may take a few minutes depending on how many generations you have.
Once ready, you'll receive an email notification with a secure download link. You can also download directly from the modal.
When the archive is ready, FlashBoards sends an email with a secure download link and archive details.

Older files may have already expired on the provider's servers. The archive will include everything still available and show how many files were expired.
Download links are valid for 7 days. You can create a new archive once per hour.
