User Agreement / Terms of Service

1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern access to and use of the FlashBoards platform available at https://flashboards.yaroflasher.com/ ("Platform", "Service").
1.2. The Platform is operated by Yaro Flasher LLC, a Limited Liability Company (LLC), a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address in Sharjah ("Company", "We", "Us").
1.3. By accessing or using the Platform, the user ("User", "You") confirms acceptance of this Agreement in full.
2. Nature of the Service
2.1. FlashBoards is a general-purpose data processing platform providing tools for:
- data transformation,
- visual rendering,
- encoding and processing of user-submitted materials.
2.2. The Platform does not position itself as a content publisher and does not curate, endorse, or promote user-generated content.
2.3. FlashBoards does not intentionally display pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit materials.
3. User Content
3.1. Users may submit content for processing only if they have the legal right to do so.
3.2. The User retains full responsibility for submitted content, including its legality under applicable laws.
3.3. The Company does not pre-review all submissions and acts as a technical intermediary.
3.4. Commercial Use of Generated Content
- Users are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, and display content generated through the Platform, including for commercial purposes, such as broadcast, advertising, or other professional projects.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of generated content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.
- Some content may be generated using third-party AI models or tools. Users must comply with any applicable restrictions imposed by those third-party providers.
- The Company, its affiliates, and providers do not assume any responsibility or liability for content generated by Users or for any claims arising from its commercial use. Any such use is undertaken at the User's own risk.
4. Content Safety & Automated Filtering
4.1. FlashBoards employs automated safety mechanisms, including algorithmic and AI-based systems ("Safety Systems"), to reduce the risk of non-compliant output.
4.2. Safety Systems may analyze input or output data to determine compliance with Platform policies and applicable regulations.
4.3. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of automated classification.
5. Safety Placeholder Output
5.1. Where content is identified by Safety Systems as potentially non-compliant, the Platform may replace the visual output with a Safety Placeholder.
5.2. A Safety Placeholder represents visually neutral data and does not constitute an image, video, or media content from the Platform's perspective.
5.3. The Platform does not display, render, or provide access to the original visual output associated with a Safety Placeholder.
5.4. Safety Placeholders are generated as part of compliance and safety procedures and are considered a final output within the scope of the Service.
6. Prohibited Manipulation of Safety Outputs
6.1. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to analyze, interpret, reconstruct, reverse-engineer, transform, or extract meaning from Safety Placeholders or other non-visual outputs generated by the Platform.
6.2. Any such actions constitute unauthorized use of the Service and fall outside the intended scope of the Platform.
7. Third-Party Software & External Tools
7.1. FlashBoards does not provide, recommend, integrate, or support any third-party software capable of transforming non-visual outputs into viewable content.
7.2. Any tools, scripts, or applications used by the User outside the Platform's domain are considered external and independent.
7.3. Actions performed using third-party tools occur entirely outside the Platform and are undertaken at the User's sole responsibility.
7.4. FlashBoards neither controls nor verifies outcomes produced outside its technical environment.
8. User Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
8.1. The User acknowledges that:
- Safety Placeholders contain no viewable content;
- the Platform does not interpret or validate data processed outside its environment.
8.2. The User assumes full responsibility for compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
8.3. The Platform does not control and is not responsible for any client-side data handling, including but not limited to browser caching, local storage, session storage, cookies, memory buffering, screenshots, or any other form of data persistence on the User's device.
9. Age Representation
9.1. The Platform does not publicly display adult or restricted content.
9.2. By using the Service, the User represents that they are legally permitted to access general-purpose data processing services under applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- Users retain all ownership rights to content uploaded to or generated through the Platform.
- FlashBoards does not claim copyright ownership over user projects, generated assets, prompts, or uploaded materials, or generated outputs.
- User content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
- FlashBoards does not use private user projects or uploaded materials to train proprietary AI models.
- Private projects are not publicly accessible unless explicitly shared by the User.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- user-generated content,
- actions performed outside the Platform,
- misuse of Safety Placeholders,
- violations of this Agreement by Users.
11.2. FlashBoards acts solely as a technical intermediary and provides the Service on an "as is" basis.
12. Termination
12.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of violation of this Agreement.
12.2. Termination does not relieve the User of legal obligations incurred prior to termination.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.
14. Final Provisions
14.1. The Company may update this Agreement at any time.
14.2. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
