Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Provisions
1.1. This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs refund requests and subscription cancellations for the FlashBoards platform available at https://flashboards.yaroflasher.com/ ("Platform", "Service").
1.2. The Platform is operated by Yaro Flasher LLC, a Limited Liability Company (LLC), duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with its registered address in Sharjah ("Company", "We", "Us").
1.3. By making a purchase on the Platform, the user ("User", "You") confirms acceptance of this Policy in full.
2. Payment Model
2.1. FlashBoards operates on a prepaid balance system. When you subscribe or make a one-time top-up, the payment amount is added to your account balance in US dollars.
2.2. Costs are deducted from your balance as you use AI generation services. Each generation has a cost based on the underlying AI model and processing requirements.
2.3. Subscription payments automatically add the subscription amount to your balance on each billing cycle (monthly).
3. Subscription Cancellation
3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal.
3.2. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
3.3. Any remaining balance in your account after cancellation will remain available for use until depleted.
3.4. You may reactivate a canceled subscription before the end of the billing period without losing access.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1. Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented use of the Service and could not be resolved;
- Duplicate charges or billing errors;
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification).
4.2. Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase;
- Balance that has already been used for generations;
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (results vary by nature of AI);
- Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
5. Refund Request Process
5.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.
5.2. To request a refund, contact FlashBoards support at support@yaroflasher.com with your account email and transaction details.
5.3. The Company will review refund requests and respond within 5 business days.
5.4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
6. Refund Amounts
6.1. Full refunds may be issued for eligible requests where no balance has been used.
6.2. Partial refunds may be issued, deducting the value of any balance already consumed.
6.3. Payment processor or bank fees may be non-refundable.
7. Abuse Prevention
7.1. The Company reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests indicating a pattern of abuse;
- Attempts to use the Service extensively and then request a refund;
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior.
7.2. The Company may limit or restrict future purchases for accounts with a history of refund abuse.
8. Adult Content (18+) and Account Suspension
8.1. FlashBoards does not provide services intended for the creation, distribution, or promotion of adult (18+) content.
8.2. You are solely responsible for the content you upload or process. If any content:
- Violates applicable laws;
- Violates the FlashBoards Terms of Service;
- Contains illegal, prohibited, or otherwise unacceptable material (including illegal adult content),
the Company may restrict access, suspend, or terminate your account.
8.3. No refunds will be issued if an account is suspended or terminated for the reasons stated above, including for:
- Active subscriptions;
- Unused subscription periods;
- Remaining account balances.
8.4. Suspension or termination will freeze account access; balances will not be refunded or transferred.
8.5. The use of obfuscation techniques (including noise, visual distortion, or similar methods) does not remove responsibility for the nature of the original content.
9. Failed Generations
9.1. If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our side, your balance will not be deducted for that generation.
9.2. If your balance was incorrectly deducted for a failed generation, please contact support for a balance adjustment.
10. Changes to This Policy
10.1. The Company may update this Policy at any time.
10.2. The current version is always available on the FlashBoards website.
10.3. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

12. Governing Law
12.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
12.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE.
