The welcome screen, Help & What's New, and feature update pop-ups.
Welcome screen
The first time the board opens in a browser, a welcome window shows three cards: Your Data is Stored Locally, Working Across Devices? and Share with Remote Boards. Click Got it to close it for good in that browser, or Learn how → to open the Import / Export guide.
Help & What's New
Click the FlashBoards menu (the logo at the top left of the board), then What’s new. Keyboard shortcuts… opens the same window on Shortcuts, and Help & documentation opens the Help Center in your browser. For these docs, click Documentation at the bottom of the Help window. A dot next to What’s new means there are updates you haven't seen. Tabs:
- What's New: the latest changes.
- Feature Updates: Open Pop-up and Recent Announcements.
- Shortcuts: common shortcuts. For the full list, see Keyboard shortcuts.
- Guides: Import / Export, Gen. History and Storage Health. A dot marks guides you haven't visited.
All releases, Documentation and All guides in the footer open the release notes, these docs and the help pages.
Feature update pop-ups
New announcements open in a pop-up once per session. Use Previous and Next to browse, and reopen it any time from Feature Updates → Open Pop-up.
To stop them, turn off Show Feature Update Pop-ups in Settings → General (web only).
