Item actions
Use the action rail, right-click menu, file information, favorites and on-board playback for media items.
Select a media item and a set of controls appears around it. This page covers each one.
Action rail
Select one media item and a vertical rail appears to its left:
- More actions: media tools such as copy link, extend, crop, split, describe, transcript, flip, convert and compress, depending on the file. See Media tools.
- File information: details about the file.
- Add to favorites: star the item.
- Focus on item: zoom in so the item fills most of the screen.
- Delete item: remove it with no confirmation (undo brings it back).
- Cancel generation: shown while a generation is running, if the model supports it. With several items selected, the selection toolbar's Cancel generation cancels them all.
A globe icon above an item means it's linked from the web rather than stored on your device. Text notes have only copy, duplicate and delete in their rail, and drawings have Clear drawing.
File information
Click File information to see Format, Size, Dimensions and Added. AI results also show the Model and Model ID. Click again to close.
Right-click menu
Right-click a media item (image, video or audio):

With several items selected, most entries apply to the whole selection, and Delete N Selected removes all of them in one undo step. Preview and Copy Link act only on the item you right-clicked. Text notes, drawings, arrows and shapes have no right-click menu.

Favorites
Click Add to favorites (the star) in the rail. Click Favorites in the bottom toolbar to browse them, filter by All or a board name, and click a tile to jump to it. See Media Browser.
Play video and audio on the board
- Hover or select a video for Play video, Mute video and a Video playback position slider.
- Audio items show a waveform with Play audio and an Audio playback position slider. Scrub with the slider.
- Press Space to play or pause the selected video or audio.
- Click Enable automatic looping above a video to play it muted on a loop on your own boards.
Double-click an item or press Enter for the full preview.
